Free UK standard delivery on orders over £50

All EssentiallyPets Products orders made in the sates ship via USPS, those made in the UK will ship via our partner shipping company Royal Mail with tracked service (for your peace of mind), who will then deliver the package directly to your front door.

Here at EssentiallyPets, we endeavor to process all orders received before 12noon on the same business day and those received thereafter the next business day.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

USA order: usps 3-5working days (standard)

UK Orders :

1st class: 1-3 business days

2nd class: 3-5 business days

Europe:

5-10 business days

In addition to the UK, we can also ship to European countries.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Hassle Return Policy

Stuff happens. We get it. If you are unhappy with your purchase from Essentiallypets or for some reason change your mind about the purchase, we’re here to help, no hassle. So if you find yourself saying any of the following once you’ve received your shipment from us, please contact us using our contact form and we’ll work with you to sort it out.

Buyer’s Remorse

Not a problem! Ship it back to us unopened within 14 days of receipt of the package and inform us that you would like to return the unopened product. Ship the unopened product back to us and we will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the initial delivery of the package.

Received the Wrong Product

While our warehouse team is second to none and their pick accuracy rate hovers around 99%, mistakes can happen on rare occasions. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package and we’ll coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we’ll arrange to ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.


The Package Was Broken upon Arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package and notify us of the problem. We will coordinate the return of the package to one of out return points and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we’ll arrange to ship out another package and make sure you get it ASAP. Also, take a picture if you can! We’d like to see what went wrong so we can pack it better next time or talk to the shipping carrier about gentler handling of the packages

Entering wrong address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order as we will not take responsibility for packages that get lost intransit because you provided a wrong address.
