Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal mail. we endeavour to process all orders received before 12noon same business day and those received thereafter next business day.

shipping timeline:

1st class time line 2-3days after dipatch,

2nd class timeline 3-5 business days

In addition to the UK, we also ship to all European countries.

1st class postage also available at checkout.

Returns

Buyer’s Remorse

Not a problem! Ship it back to us unopened within 14 days of receipt of the package and inform us that you would like to return the unopened product, please note all returns should be sent back to the United states (please be sure you want item before purchase). Ship the unopened product back to us and we will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the initial delivery of the package.

Received a Wrong/broken Product

While our warehouse team is second to none and their pick accuracy rate hovers around 99%, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package and we’ll coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we’ll arrange to ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.
