All orders are shipped via Royal mail. we endeavour to process all orders received before 12noon same business day and those received thereafter next business day.

USA (standard): 3-5 Working days

rest of Europe tracked service: 5-10 working days

In addition to the UK, we also ship to all European countries.

Returns & Refunds

Buyer’s Remorse

Not a problem! Ship it back to us unopened within 14 days of receipt of the package and inform us that you would like to return the unopened product, so we can arrange for the item to be returned to us. Ship the unopened product back to us and we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item at our Warehouse. All refunds would be issuede to original method of payment.

Received a Wrong/broken Product

While our warehouse team is second to none and their pick accuracy rate hovers around 99%, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package and we’ll coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we’ll arrange to ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.

Entering wrong address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order as we will not take responsibility for packages that get lost intransit because you provided a wrong address.

All other EU countries, UK not included

Please note that all non-UK/ other EU shipments may be subject to customs duties in your country, which are independent of our policies. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before making a purchase, as any import or customs fees will be your responsibility once the shipment arrives in your country. Once the package reaches customs, it is your obligation to settle any outstanding fees for your item to be delivered. We cannot be held liable for any delays or non-deliveries after the item arrives at customs. Please consider this before completing your purchase.
